Mediation
Family Law Mediation
Mediation with us is typically more affordable than pursuing litigation. Mediators have lower hourly wages than lawyers, and choosing mediation keeps the court system free for criminal matters.
Property Division, Parenting Plans, and Spousal or Child Support are all subjects that can be dealt with in the mediation process.
Mediation allows participants more input into the separation process, and is often faster than litigation. Whatever your conflict, we’ll help you navigate it with dignity.
Mediations occur in neutral environments, or remotely from the comfort of home. We can perform mediations after hours or on weekends and holidays.
Please inform us if you are using Legal Aid prior to billing or require a sliding scale payment system. We will be happy to accept your file.

Cost of mediation versus litigation
A Mediation might cost 1000 – 5000 split between parties, and be completed in a day, week, or month. Whereas a contested divorce might take months just to get to court, both parties will have to pay lawyers, and the entire process could cost half your yearly salary.

Workplace Mediation
More affordable than litigation, Workplace mediations are sometimes completed in a day or two, unless the parties or representatives of the parties are numerous. The litigation process could have immense repercussions for one or both parties, especially for a party that settles or loses. Mediation reduces risk, and helps both parties avoid coming out of the situation in a publicly negative light.
We can perform mediations after hours or on weekends and holidays, helping employers and employees feel at ease to move forward or go their separate ways with a lasting resolution.
For disputes requiring quick resolution, we offer one day mediations with a ‘meat and potatoes’ style. If the parties are uncomfortable collaborating on solutions, we offer shuttle mediation where we move back and forth between the parties.

It is common for employers to cover the costs of a mediation, although splitting costs can be worked into the negotiation process.
Sport Mediation
Sport mediations involve research by the mediator and careful emphasis on confidentiality, but our style remains rooted in human dynamics.
Sport disputes can be emotionally imbalanced due to one parties negotiating from a place of passion, public trust, or a sense of loyalty. We add clarity and respect to these disputes.
Our process can be customized to fit urgent timelines, or extended to balance the stressors of negotiation over time.
