Pricing Flexibility

We offer sliding scale pricing to frontline workers, workers in helping professions, people with diverse abilities, and low income families. By request.

If you are using Legal Aid please let us know before signing your Agreement with us.

Payment & Billing

We bill in 30 minute increments for most services, at the discretion of the service provider.

Preferred methods of payment are e-transfer, bank transfer, or PayPal. Contact us if you require an alternative.

Retainers & Terms

For some services a retainer is required.

Parties are encouraged to share mediation costs.

Prices are in CAD and do not include applicable GST.
