Individual and Family Coaching

We champion individuals and families to overcome adversity.

We take a humanistic approach and assume the best in everyone, but we don’t hold back. We’re going to be up front and call things as we see them. We’ll bring you back to the basics, and when the time is right we’ll push you forward.

We aren’t afraid to build professional relationships. We’ll maintain boundaries and still check in with you, because we really do care.

We have years of experience working one to one with clients and managing groups of troubled people. We don’t judge. We don’t get intimidated. We just help.

Specializations

We work well with professionals in the helping industries or curious about professions that involve sweat, blood, and compassion. We also do well with people changing careers or going through other major life changes.

We’re passionate about burnout: Defining it, recognizing it, and preventing it.

If you need to discuss death or prepare for death, we can listen and hold space for your journey. Although we don’t offer counselling, we do offer compassion.

We’re passionate about helping people name things that cause stress or shame in their lives, and build strategies to move past those challenges.

Families

Social stigma has a massive impact on families. We don’t know many people with white picket fences, yet we all feel we should have one. Is that realistic? Stereotypes are engrained in family dynamics, and influence how we perceive mothers, fathers, teens, children, and ourselves.

Emotions can get the best of people, causing someone in the family to feel attacked while someone else feels misunderstood. In reality, most families are loving people that have trouble stepping back and examining their unique situation with a clear head.

We can help families improve social cognition as a unit, re-establish healthy dynamics, and improve communication.
