Mentorship

We offer Mentorship to professionals such as aspiring Mediators and ADR professionals, or workers in the Social Services.

Please contact us to learn more.

For Mediators

The most common form of Mentorship is having a new professional gain experience by shadowing or co-mediating with us. We offer guidance, share techniques, and hold space for discussion. We’re also happy to breakdown our specific process, and walk aspiring mediators through an in depth file.

We believe mentorship is a two-way relationship. Even though we’re bringing professional insights and experience, we’re going to treat new professionals as people who add real value to our profession.

For Social Service and Frontline workers

We’ll remind you that you matter over and over until you believe it. We want to talk to you about burnout, and help you see ahead instead of getting buried under expectations. We can help you recognize where your responsibilities end. Working in the not-profit field or on the frontlines of a never-ending crisis doesn’t mean you have to make endless sacrifices. Your career matters. You matter.

We feel frontline workers are chronically undervalued from an economic standpoint, and sometimes even from a moral one. We are proud to offer sliding scale billing for frontline workers.
